Utilize our athletic and fitness expertise to host events and activities throughout the community. These events take place annually in which we raise contributions used to support the various outreach projects we have created and programs we support. All contributions generated help to provide resources that range from the purchase of food, clothing, hygiene products, and other items necessary down to local scholarships for youth who are helping to make a difference within the community.
Fitness is more than just a hobby it’s a way of life! At TriElements Fitness we stand by three fundamental aspects of Spiritual growth, Community stewardship, and Health & Fitness in order to make a positive impact within our communities.
All through the lense of Sport and Fitness.
Tre is a born and raised product of Southern California who has competed in a variety of sports ranging from soccer and baseball to even earning a black belt in Taekwondo from an early age. Among the sports he accepted a soccer scholarship and was a 4 year starter at the University of California Riverside graduating with BS in Business Administration. After the conclusion of his collegiate career he promoted to the professional level where he competed for 4 years at the MLS and USL level throughout the United States, ultimately being inducted into the Riverside Sports Hall of Fame in 2010. What began with training at summer camps and clinics has turned into a passion of now 15+ years of working with athletes of all ages across multiple sports to achieve sport performance success. Along with coach Rai, the two aspire to motivate and encourage athletes while helping them prepare for success at the next level in their athletic careers.
The athletic career for Rai started as a youth participating in football, baseball, basketball, and track. He accepted a scholarship at the University of California, Riverside where he competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and the sprint relays. During his time as a collegiate athlete he was a top 10 sprinter in California for the 100m and 200m, and in 2006 was an All-Academic American. After his collegiate career he participated in post-collegiate track in northern California, and soon after began coaching athletes.
Rai has had the honor of interning under Josh Everett, head strength coach at Coronado Naval base and Lifting instructor for Crossfit Headquarters. After his internship he took a position at Sports Specific Training where he became a master trainer, training aspiring athletes of various ages and various sports. He became master trainer and trained both aspiring and professional athletes. Together we take our athletic and coaching backgrounds and fuse them into a unique skill set to continue in developing aspiring and professional athletes, and to prepare them to reach new levels.
