Tre is a born and raised product of Southern California who has competed in a variety of sports ranging from soccer and baseball to even earning a black belt in Taekwondo from an early age. Among the sports he accepted a soccer scholarship and was a 4 year starter at the University of California Riverside graduating with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After the conclusion of his collegiate career he promoted to the professional level where he competed for 4 years at the MLS and USL level throughout the United States, ultimately being inducted into the Riverside Sports Hall of Fame in 2010. What began with training at summer camps and clinics has turned into a passion of now 15+ years of working with athletes of all ages across multiple sports to achieve sport performance success. Along with coach Rai, the two aspire to motivate and encourage athletes while helping them prepare for success at the next level in their athletic careers.
The athletic career for Rai started as a youth participating in football, baseball, basketball, and track. He accepted a scholarship at the University of California, Riverside where he competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and the sprint relays. During his time as a collegiate athlete he was a top 10 sprinter in California for the 100m and 200m, and in 2006 was an All-Academic American. After his collegiate career he participated in post-collegiate track in northern California, and soon after began coaching athletes.
Rai has had the honor of interning under Josh Everett, head strength coach at Coronado Naval base and Lifting instructor for Crossfit Headquarters. After his internship he took a position at Sports Specific Training where he became a master trainer, training aspiring athletes of various ages and various sports. He became master trainer and trained both aspiring and professional athletes. Together we take our athletic and coaching backgrounds and fuse them into a unique skill set to continue in developing aspiring and professional athletes, and to prepare them to reach new levels.
Morgan “Mo” Fennell is a Long Beach, CA native and former three year starting quarterback of the notorious Long Beach Poly High School. Mo went on to compete in the Division I ranks who after battling injury went on to graduate in 2015 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Delta State University (Cleveland, MS). Through his athletic and academic expertise as and experienced training professional, Mo currently works with professional, elite, and rising youth athletes of all levels in sport to help set them up for success both on and off the field of play. “I am in the business of building great people because, great people make great athletes!”
