Project Breakthrough is an annual fitness activity to challenge participants to get moving! Our goal for Project Breakthrough is to provide individual accountability and fitness motivation at the start of each year.
To begin, participants set their own mileage goal to achieve within the given 90 day timeframe. Miles can be completed by walking, jogging, running, rowing, or biking. Miles completed each day/week/month are solely up to each individual and logged through a unique tracker to keep record of their progress. This allows for everyone to participate, at their own pace, depending on the initial goal and individual ability.
For additional motivation, participants are encouraged (but not obligated) to generate pledges or sponsors per mile they complete as they strive to meet their goal at the end of the challenge. These contributions help to fund multiple youth scholarships awarded by Trielements Fitness to help provide a better future for the next generation!

Empire Royale community fitness experience created to give you a great workout with the opportunity to give back within the community. Contributions from Empire Royale are to benefit those in need with proceeds used to provide meals and basic living essentials to underserved members within the community.
